Return Policy

If you find that you need to return an item, please review the details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply. All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty against defects. Most manufacturers require you to contact the manufacturer directly to repair or replace your products under their warranty.

Custom Built / Built-to-Order / Configure-to-Order / Rugged Computers / Software:
Brand new computers and devices that fall under this category are non-refundable/non-returnable from the point of the system build or delivery. Per manufacturer guidelines, once delivered, the item is no longer returnable unless it was received DOA (dead-on-arrival) or defective.

For certain COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) approved returnable items, the product return request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date and it must be unopened and in the original packaging. "Open box" returns will not be accepted. Approved returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return. Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA number issuance.

Replacement product orders will not be shipped until the original item is received and inspected. Once the item has been confirmed defective, the replacement will be shipped. If the defective item is being returned for credit, the credit will not be issued until the item has been inspected and confirmed defective.
