Order Processing and Shipping

Simply choose the item you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button which is located close to the item. When you are finished shopping and would like to view your cart and subsequently check out, click on "View Cart" at the top right of your screen. You can verify your cart contents, pricing, and calculate shipping costs. Once you select "Check Out" you will be taken through the secure check out process.

For your protection and ours, it is important that the billing and/or alternate shipping address are current and are on file with your credit card’s issuing bank.  We will not be able to complete and ship an order until the billing and shipping address have been verified.  

Upon verification of your credit card information, you will receive an additional confirmation email. If you are ordering an in-stock prebuilt system, accessory or inventory item, your order will be processed immediately and will usually ship within 2 to 6 business days.  Please call if you require your order by a certain date.

Custom-Built or Build-to-Order computer systems / laptops / notebooks / convertible PCs / tablet PCs / desktop PCs / servers / mobile servers are usually completed and shipped within 8 to 17 business days from the order date.  Project based, special request and large orders can take 30 business days or more from order date.  Please call if you require your order by a certain date or would like an estimate on production time and schedule.
